We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented customer care and field service administrator to join our team. In this role, you will focus on managing service orders across the EMEA region, ensuring smooth handling of client requests.
Proficiency in SAP ERP (or relevant SAP modules).
Fluent English at a C1/C2 level or native proficiency.
Previous experience in client communication and customer care.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Proficiency in Spanish or Italian at C1 level or higher.
