Experience in IT support or a related field.
Knowledge of installing and maintaining Windows 10 and software applications.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, MS Azure, and Active Directory.
Technical understanding of networking, hardware (printers, audio/video), and general ICT infrastructure.
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proactive work ethic and a medium-level proficiency in English.
